Web Dev: Power at The Margins Conference

In the winter of 2018, I created a web page for a conference held at the University of Minnesota, Power at the Margins. Power at the Margins was -- and is -- a movement of scholars, organizers, and community members centered on "the margins of traditional housing, those precarious or makeshift spaces against which dominant models of property ownership and exclusion are constructed." The project recognizes these spaces as crucial sites of knowledge production for understanding and challenging the hegemony of housing inequality. I was honored to be asked to contribute to their digital community space.

For this project, I created an archive of the media collected at the conference. As well as a community contribution page for community members to engage and submit items of their own.
